Altona Painting is a top notch company. Michael, the owner, truly wants the customer to have a good experience and he worked with me to develop a plan that would be best in preparing my home for sale but he was also very conscious of the amount of money I wanted to spend for the job and he stayed within my budget. Michael never pressured me to do more than what was necessary. He was present during the job and frequently checked in with me to see that everything was going ok. His workers arrived and left on time. They were pleasant and kind and always conscious of my needs during the two weeks they were at my home.
It is usually very stressful having work done in my home but I had great confidence in Michael and his team. They were wonderful to work with and really went the extra mile. They did a beautiful job. Michael and his team were also extremely flexible when I added some things on that weren't initially in our contract. I also had tight time constraints and Michael managed to have one painter come in the evening and on the weekend to get the job done. Great company. Skilled painters. Would hire them again. I highly recommend!
Wow! Where do I begin about Altona Painting!! Michael from the very first visit was amazing, giving me different choices and quotes of what I could choose to do in my home. No pressure, no pushing. He not only colour matched perfectly allowing me to not need to paint the whole house but his suggestions of patching and correcting some damaged walls was invaluable and once completed looked brand new!
The team he has is awesome, such a dedicated group. They show up on time, work so well together and they treat your home like their own. They are very detail oriented and make sure amongst themselves every aspect is done to the highest standards.
Michael is a fair and honest business person that stands behind his work. He is never more than a text or phone call away throughout the whole process. He makes sure you are completely satisfied.
