Free On-Site Estimate

Michael visits your home, assesses every surface, and walks through scope with you in person. No guessing, no surprises. You get a clear, itemized quote before any work begins.

Room & Furniture Protection

Before a brush touches a surface, we cover all furniture, floors, and fixtures with plastic sheeting, drop cloths, and floor paper. Your belongings are fully protected throughout.

03 —

Surface Preparation

90% of any paint job is prep. We sand, fill holes and cracks, patch drywall, scrape failed paint, caulk trim and window joints, and wash surfaces before we prime.

04 —

Prime Where Required

Fresh patches, stain-prone surfaces, and colour transitions all need proper primer. We never skip this step when it matters — it's the foundation of a lasting finish.

05 —

Paint Application

Two coats, minimum. We cut in by hand for crisp lines at every transition and roll ceilings, walls, and features methodically. Benjamin Moore, Sherwin-Williams, and Dulux only.

06 —

Clean-Up & Walkthrough

We remove all protection, wipe down surfaces, vacuum, and do a full walkthrough with you before we leave. Professionally finished — and the house looks like we were never there.

Full rooms or single accent walls. Smooth finishes, two coats, and perfectly cut lines at every ceiling, corner, and trim junction.

Ceilings

Flat ceilings, vaulted ceilings, coffered details. Rolled for a uniform finish with no lap marks — typically in a flat white that maximizes light reflection.

Trim & Baseboards

Baseboards, crown moulding, window casing, and door frames. Crisp, bright white trim gives every room a sharp, finished look.

Doors

Interior doors, frames, and closet interiors. We brush or roll depending on the door profile — smooth panel doors and older four-panel styles both done right.

Accent & Feature Walls

Bold colour, two-tone treatments, or geometric detail. We help you think through placement and finish sheen to get the drama without the risk.

Full-Home Repaints

Efficient multi-room sequencing so you can stay home during the project. We work methodically, room by room, until the whole property is done.

How long does it take to paint a room or a full home interior? +

A single average-sized room typically takes one full day, including prep, priming where needed, and two coats of paint. A full home interior depends on scope — most 3 to 4 bedroom homes are completed in 3 to 5 days. We give you a specific timeline during your estimate based on your exact scope.

Do I need to move all my furniture before you arrive? +

We move and protect furniture as part of our process. All furniture and floors are covered with plastic sheeting, drop cloths, and floor paper before any work begins. You don't need to empty rooms in advance — though clearing small fragile items and clearing surfaces like shelving does help speed things up.

Do you paint ceilings and trim, or just walls? +

We paint everything — walls, ceilings, trim, baseboards, crown moulding, doors, door frames, closet interiors, and window casing. Most clients find it makes sense to have trim and ceilings done at the same time as walls, since it's far more efficient. We scope each element separately so you can choose exactly what's included.

What paint brands do you use, and can I supply my own? +

We use Benjamin Moore, Sherwin-Williams, and Dulux exclusively — professional-grade paints that cover properly, hold colour, and last. You are welcome to supply your own paint; just let us know in advance and make sure you have sufficient quantity. We'll advise on how much you'll need when we provide your estimate.

Can I stay home while the painting is being done? +

Absolutely. Most of our residential clients stay home during the project. We work room by room so your home remains largely functional throughout. Paint fumes are minimal with quality latex paints, though we always recommend ventilating rooms as we work. If you have young children or pets, we can discuss the best sequence to minimise disruption.
